Great time to visit Port Townsend!

Thursday, January 28th, 2010

The weather here has been quite mild this winter. Getting out for a walk is the best way to see our historic town, and coming back to the Blue Gull for a cup of tea and a cookie make a great way to spend the afternoon before heading out to one of our fabulous local restaurants.

Check out our specials and packages!

Friday, April 3rd, 2009

I couldn’t resist adding some of of the “Pug” pictures. My son-in-law Ryan did a photo shoot with our “grand-pups” and they are so cute! I feel he truly captures her heart & soul in this picture…not hard to see why she’s grammy’s favorite girl! Yes, I know, I need a life….

Deception Pass Bridge

Sunday, March 22nd, 2009

It was foggy, so the water isn’t visible, but this area is one of the most beautiful sights you will ever see. Whidbey is just 20 minutes from Port Townsend by ferry, and a great day trip for our guests.

Our youngest daughter, Brooke, was married on January 16th, 2009, to Ryan Burns. It was a small wedding at the Inn, very nice, and the bride was so beautiful!! We’re so happy to welcome Ryan to the family, he’s not only a great guy, but a great photographer!
